Free Printable Letter to the Troops

Free Printable Patriotic Letter to the Troops - Thank You Letter
from B.Nute productions
As we gear up for the 4th of July; clean off our BBQ's, deck our homes in red, white and blue and prep for family fun, it's often hard to remember all the troops abroad or not at home during this time. In the spirit of patriotism, I've created a free printable letter to the troops. The perfect activity to have kids do on a long summer day, to say thank you for the troops hard work, dedication and bravery!

Just print out a few, set up a small area with pencils, crayons and pens, and let the kids write a few words of thank you and what it means to them to be American. Use the back to draw a picture if they'd like.

I did a little research online and found some sites to submit the letters to, so they can get to the troops. Here are just a few:
A Million Thanks - Send a Letter (www.amillionthanks.org)
How to Write a Letter to the Troops (on Yahoo with detailed links)
List of organizations to send Letters and Messages (on www.ourmilitary.mil)

Have a wonderful 4th of July and let freedom ring!
