Simple Instructions to Make your Luck of the Irish Banner

To make the mini banner is easy, simply follow the picture above and instructions below:

1. Print out the mini banner image (below.)

2. Cut out each triangle pennant.

3. Use a gold metallic marker to line the edges if you'd like.

4. Punch holes on each end at the top and string with narrow ribbon.
