Instructions for Making New Year's Flags
1. Select link above, and print out the flag on 8.5" x 11" card stock from your browser. I suggest using a heavier card stock to give the flags some weight. Print in landscape mode.
2. Cut out each flag and fold in half.
3. Wrap around a long dowel or barbecue skewer stick, and use double stick tape to stick the folded halves together.
4. Wave proudly when midnight strikes on New Year's Eve!
